Campaign: Press Release Distribution Strategy Planner

Cross-channel campaign designed to support lead generation and equip Sales with a structured planning resource.

The Goal

Develop a practical planning resource that helps clients organize and track news distribution more effectively, while also serving as a lead generation and Sales enablement asset.

My Role

Led creative development of the planner and coordinated supporting campaign assets across digital channels, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual hierarchy.

Approach

The planner was designed to function as both an educational tool and a conversion asset. I structured the campaign to support multiple objectives: attract prospective clients, provide Sales with a value-driven resource, and reinforce the brand’s expertise in strategic news distribution.

To maintain consistency across touchpoints, I aligned visual hierarchy, messaging, and calls-to-action across paid and organic channels. The rollout included coordinated creative for LinkedIn ads, social media, email, and landing page graphics, ensuring the resource felt cohesive regardless of where a user encountered it.
