Campaign: International Press Release Distribution Webinar

Cross-channel campaign built to promote a webinar focused on international press release distribution services.

The Goal

Drive webinar registrations while increasing awareness of the company's international distribution capabilities among both prospective and existing clients.

The campaign needed to clearly communicate the value of the webinar and encourage signups across multiple digital channels.

My Role

Led creative development for the webinar campaign, designing promotional assets across paid, organic, and email channels.

In addition to marketing materials, I developed branded assets for the live event experience, including a PowerPoint template and a custom Zoom background to ensure visual consistency from promotion through presentation.

Approach

Pre-event assets clearly communicated the webinar's value and guided users to register through the landing page. Layout and hierarchy were structured to highlight key takeaways and speaker expertise.

For the live event, I created a branded presentation template and Zoom background that aligned with the campaign visuals, creating a seamless transition from promotional materials to the webinar experience itself.

Creative was coordinated across LinkedIn ads, social media, email, and landing page graphics to ensure the campaign felt cohesive regardless of where a user encountered it.

Impact

The campaign delivered a cohesive webinar experience from promotion through live execution, supporting registration efforts while reinforcing the company's expertise in international press release distribution.
